I think their times last week in the 1500 put them 1 & 2 on the all-time Villanova list.

If you're referring to their times in the 1500 at USA Outdoor Nationals (Piccirillo 4:21.79 and Schappert 4:23.57), then I think you're rather way off. The most recent Villanova media guide that I could find (from April 2011) lists these at the top times in Villanova history in the 1500 outdoors:

4:05.81 Sonia O'Sullivan
4:07.40 Vicki Huber
4:11.23 Marina Muncan
4:12.49 Kathy Franey
4:13.23 Frances Koons
4:14.87 Nnenna Lynch
4:15.19 Gina Procaccio
4:16.04 Carmen Douma

In fact, their times at USA Nationals were far off their own PRs (Schappert's is 4:13.26 set at the 2015 NCAA East Regional; Piccirillo's is 4:13.49 set at the 2015 Peyton Jordan Invitational at Stanford). Those PRs placed them at #7 and #8 on the all-time list.

Updating that media guide to reflect recent athletes after 2011, it looks like this now, I think:

4:05.81 Sonia O'Sullivan
4:07.40 Vicki Huber
4:10.73 Sheila Reid
4:11.23 Marina Muncan
4:12.49 Kathy Franey
4:13.23 Frances Koons
4:13.26 Stephanie Schappert
4:13.49 Angel Piccirillo
4:14.64 Emily Lipari
4:14.87 Nnenna Lynch
4:15.19 Gina Procaccio
4:16.04 Carmen Douma

Perhaps you've confused the 1500 with the mile (where Vicki Huber holds the school record at 4:28.31)?

That OSullivan time is really really fast for a collegian. She was a stud when healthy at Nova.
