So with Dunn being the frontrunner I was curious how far Providence could drop in the BE standings and still be the top candidate for BE POY. As of now they are in a 3 way tie for 3rd with Butler and Marquette arguably under performing to-date. While likely a solid tournament team I could see Providence ending up 4th in the conference when it's all said and done. Does being the best player on the 4th best team in the conference warrant POY honors?
