Any BW'ers running it this year?

I am in the Red corral and aiming for 1:10. I have been really keeping up with my running this year and feel really good about making my time.

This is my my 5th year running it:

Got a last minute bib last year, got stuck in the fat people corral and it was horrible. I'm not a big time runner anymore, anything over 1:15 is pretty bad.

I did see a few awesome eagles calf tattoos though.

I'm running it, will be in the 72 - 74 minute range, think that's the purple corral. And your 75 minute cut off needs to be age-adjusted. Us old guys need some extra time.

Point of interest.........race starts at Broad St & Somerville Ave..........2 blocks after the start, you will run by the Church & Grammar school I attended......a few years ago.........

anything over 1:15 is pretty bad.

I would say low 1:20s. If you're not at least flirting with 8 minute miles at that distance and course, you are jogging.

Ed Rendell wasn't at the Union League this year. He was earlier than that somewhere between mile 1 and 3. I only saw him after I passed and didn't get a chance to high five him like I have done every other year.

Gov always goes in the sauna before his workout because it "loosens up his hip" if he spends 5-10 minutes in there, never seen him in it without his gym clothes on. His stomach is hilarious though, see that all the time in the locker room.
