I agree, in fact I read that dozens were recently caught crossing the border illegally with that purpose in mind.

Basically there is a large group of people that believes the vapor trail left by high flying jets are actually chemical agents being sprayed by the government to obtain psychological control or to make people sick. They just can't understand why water vapor would just hang in the sky (like, you know, a cloud).
