I don't think our founders put Iowa and New Hampshire first. Their states did as much.States determine their primary days, nothing to do with the Federal Gov. Regardless, it does seem rather silly.

bias implies some sort of unfairness, which in the vast majority of fat cases, does not apply.

similar to a "face/neck tattoo bias." that shit is a choice, and judgment and bias are not the same here

The late night guys have to be at the top before you get into regular standups. Those guys are half-heartedly churning out dozens of bad-jokes written by other people nightly. The saddest type of comedy clown. Also the richest.

Then a whole parade of bad 80s comedy needs to come next before you even get to Cook/Mencia/etc.
