1) Go Nova. Win Tuesday and lock up the Big East for 3 years in a row. Incredible. Jay and his boys have done an unbelievable job. We are witnesses to history.
2) X could not be more Bipolar. They shit the bed today. They left the tank empty to beat Nova by 7. Mack did not have them ready for the next one. They were not even competitive against Seton Hall.

4) Right now, depending on how the next 2 weeks pan out, The Big East is a 4 to 6 bid league. I can not for the life of me understand how PC is fighting for their post season lives right now. If you are a PC fan do you think Dunn is all that?
5) Which brings me to BE POY. To me it is Hart or Whitehead. Hart is an Eagle Scout. Whitehead is a head case. Hart gets it. The BE is very cognizant of image. The thing is, Hart is that same hard working SOB without the bullshit night in and night out. Whitehead has a million dollar body and a ten cent head. Hart for POY.
6) Concerned about our "D" . Gave up 170 some odd points in two road games this week. Stopping penetration is a huge issue at this juncture of the season. Not angry, just disappointed at this point. They need to do better to get to the second weekend. I'm sure there is some KenPom metric that will tell what I'm seeing is wrong but 6'0" guys getting to the rim at will is the only metric I need.
7) In studio, during the Marquette game, Greenberg talked about the make up of next years team. He only mentioned Spellman and Painter but we know what else we have coming in. Spellman, Delany, Reynolds, Painter ( maybe, ? RS ) , Paschall, Jenkins, Bridges. Guards, Brunson, Booth, Hart and Donte. He made a very good point that Jay is going to have to change the way he plays. I think that is true. He stated he really wants to know how Jay will coach such a different team. Now I love Bridges. Hopefully Hart will be back. Big Smoove is a keeper. The kids coming in seem to be more than solid but none of us can deny that will be a different Nova team. All I can say is, expect more pressure defense against us next year. All I can say is, pray that Brunson is a healthy kid. That is a very top heavy team. It needs one more ball handler .
8) Enough about next year. I think we are on to the second weekend. I don't really know if it is best that the weekend is in Philly. Tip it up. These are HIGH TIMES boys.
