No, that's the old DC. No city is a bigger load of pu$$ies when it comes to snow. You have all these southerners who can't drive living here. Last night people slept in their cars on the Beltway. Ridiculous. I'm about to head out now to the store. Roads are a solid sheet of ice. My car sucks on ice and i"m sure to end up in someone's yard.

Landed at National last night at 8pm and driving home was like driving on a damn ice rink.

This town SUCKS when any weather hits (snow or rain). Traffic is a cluster on a normal day.

I think it is because if you don't get much snow/ice you cannot justify investing in the necessary volume of trucks,drivers, etc. to get it done. You just suck it up 3-5 days a year.
