Defense leads Cats to 14-7 win over Rams in rain

Cats defense led by Cherry, Paris et al. does the dirty work in the rain stifles Rams offense. Cats offense still work in progress but RB White (153 yds gained) WR Wells , Frosh McClintock show progress. JR has second un Peyton like game but does enough. Throws for one (12-18), scores one on ground gains 102 yds. Doesn't look like a #2 team at this point.

Defense is super. UConn put up more pts on Army than on us.
