On Tuesday, Jay Wright revealed it will be several months before Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree is in a place physically where he can make a decision on his status for next year.
"I think it’s probably gonna take until August 'til Dhamir can see physically where he is and make some type of decision," Wright said. "I am pretty sure that we’ll have him around in some way.”
While the return of Samuels will help, Nova will be a bit inexperienced in the frontcourt with the departures of Jeremiah Robinson-Earl and Cole Swider. Cosby-Roundtree would provide some needed depth and experience on the front line. For now, we wish Dhamir the best in his recovery and hope he can get to a point where he can make a decision rather than having his health make the decision for him.
