We played the type of game Providence wanted to play, rather than forcing Providence to play the type of game we wanted to play. When you lose an OT game you can always go back and direct a play here or a play there. I will not bash a college player but something is not right with Booth. It does not appear to be physical, he appears to have zero confidence right now. The staff needs to try and and get it back. Last year he seemed to play with a tremendous amount of it. Finally, I do not know who said it but very early in the season someone mentioned how we would really miss Hilliard this year when it came to inbounding the ball. Remember how big of an issue this used to be but the problem went away for the last few seasons. This is one of Jay's blind spots. All head coaches have them. A lose can be VERY BENEFICIAL. We have a full week to learn from this and practice. We were very fortunate to win at Seton Hall. The last two games we have played some sloppy ball. I have confidence this team will regroup and start to play fundamentally sound ball.
