Dinner in Austin - delphidan?

I'm flying into Austin on Friday evening. My wife and I will eat in Austin before we drive to Houston. If you could eat at one restaurant (preferably near the airport or on the way to Houston) which would you recommend? We're down for BBQ, Tex/Mex, American. Just not Asian food.
