Do you play with your balls?

My hamstrings are garbage. I keep one of these at the office to roll under my feet from time to time:

I also find stretching the piriformis is better. I use a foam roller for that. Neither is as good as a few minutes with one of these directly on the hammys:

Getting old sucks.
 
My experiences with myofascial release:
foam roller: feels great anywhere, a couple consistent months relieved me of IT band pain in knee
"stick" self roller: feels ok, noticed no results
lacrosse ball: never tried it

I have been trying a stretch called "thoracic bridge" lately to open up the back. Results inconclusive so far.
 
Yoy didn't make those balls....you're playing with someone else's balls.
