If he leaves we have players poised to step up to take his role. Jenkins, Bridges, Paschall, and Donte likely will be filling in for the holes left in offense, defense, and rebounding.
My thought: Bridges gets a huge boost in minutes and enters the starting lineup (over Paschal); has a breakout year and leaves early next year.
