He just didn't have the stuff today. Frosted gave him a bit of a rough ride and he couldn't respond with that high gear we've seen in the previous races. Keen Ice took advantage and passed them both in the 1/8th.

With a nice layoff, AP will be back to dominate in the BC Classic.

Zayat's greed and ego cost him today. Needed a bit more time off and to run in the PA Derby instead. Plus Saratoga's track has done in many great horses off the years. There was no need to run him there. Other than ego. Baffert was begging to run in the PA Derby instead but it wasn't his call.
