Emile Jefferson approved - Dylan Ennis?

So Emile is approved to return for a 5th year - Duke petitioned the ACC and the NCAA....

Whats taking so long for Dylan to find out?

I am not saying Duke did anything wrong or even got special treatment....

Just seems Dylan went for approval 2 months ago -
