ESPN does not have Nova in the tournament

Not sure how LSU, with 6 straight losses (the last to a under .500 Alabama team) is a 10 seed but we'll see. Minnesota, Florida, etc. all are at .500 or below (I know strength of schedule) but I am hoping they slip in their tournaments to put them under .500.

Nova could do themselves a big favor by beating a 20 win Marquette team next game!!

Lady Cats took care of business vs a 20 win Marquette squad to get to 22 wins and 4th seed for the BE Tourney!

Joe Lunardi has the following teams as the last four in.


Florida State- already with a losing ACC record, a 1st round loss to Miami in the ACC tourney would not look good.

Oregon St- PAC 12 tourney as a 4 seed, vs TBD.

Florida- SEC touney vs winner of Mizz and Miss. St.

Minnesota- Big 10 tourney vs Wisconsin.

I'll throw in LSU who will face Alabama in the SEC tourney. If they lose to (14-15) Alabama again, it would be their 7th straight loss.


The Lady Cats now head to the Big East tournament. Looks like we will face Marquette again, win and we will most likely take on nemesis DePaul. (DePaul will play the Georgetown-Xavier winner)
