There's something "off" about the taste of lamb. No lamb.

...Goat.

Goat is much tastier than lamb. The meat has a more neutral taste than lamb. Good in stews and one of the best things I've eaten was a leg cooked over a fire.

Since the Easter Goat probably isn't going to catch on, how about some decent pig, like a pork loin?
