Is it on the inside or outside? Are you bleeding a lot? Any dizziness or faintness?

I would say anything more than about 2 - 2.5 weeks with a lot of bleeding or dizziness would warrant a visit to the doctor. Other than that, just keep some Prep H at your desk and suck it up.

That's me. I can't give complete medical advice without an examination. However, applying Icy Hot to the affected area usually helps soothe it quite a bit. If you do not have Icy Hot, try lemon juice.
