How long will Andy coach?........

Certainly entitled to your opinion Rollie, but I think it's a legit question to ask. I think Andy is in his early 70s and there are informed people on this forum who have good information to share. I hope he plans to stay on for as long as he enjoys the role.

Sorry to disturb you. Doesn't take much.

I can't imagine how crushed he was after the Big East football upgrade fell through. For a guy like him to get the chance to tell kids they'll be playing major-level football, to then see that fly back in his face when the school decided to do otherwise, I think every season they've had him after that is just icing.

I don't want to think about what happens after he leaves. So, in that respect, may it be for another 5-10 years. It won't likely be...but I can always hope.

I'm puzzled he was never snatched by a FBS program. I have my suspicions that the way to walk the lines at a major FBS program means Andy would have had to "pay his dues" as an assistant or HC at a non-major before he could get something better. So, if that's the case, and coaching isn't a merit thing, I'm glad the system is what it is and things are good enough in Radnor to keep him here.

Have no idea, but hope he stays on for many years. His record speaks for itself. Has been a great representative of Villanova.

Coach will stay as long as he wants. He will be our leader for many more years.
When talking about his total number of wins, remember he was a head coach before taking the Nova job

He has 243 if you include his wins at St Lawrence.

Andy appears to be in good health and is still having fun (i.e. surprise play calls, etc.). Heads up a great coaching and recruiting operation. He'll be around as long as those factors remain.
