Is Nike played out?

Disagree with remarks about Nike running shoes. I've been wearing them exclusively for 16yrs. The recent changes have been great. But then again, I don't have unusual feet that need extra "support."

Lots of runners like Nike.

Runners tend to find what brand works for them and they stick with it. They don't give a thought to endorsement or brand as an entity. Only if the shoe meets their own specific needs. Me personally, I'm loyal to asics, and don't care for Nike, but I would never argue with somebody who had the complete opposite opinion.

I like asics also. I feel like Nike has a strong presence in the casual fitness market. Cross training shoes, etc.

I only wear Nike when playing competitive sports. I have a narrow foot and that's all l've worn since 8 years old. I went through a ton of shoes playing on hard courts 10 hours a day for 15 years. Nike is the best for me. I also notice a difference in the quality of the gear. It's the best for a reason.
