there is also a reserve running back (CJ Wilson) on Tampa Bay that blew off two fingers in the same type of incident. In the NFL, with no guaranteed contracts, that is close to Darwin Award level thinking.

i loved that movie. Rourke and Roberts were great together. the 10 mins between them getting to the race track and Paulie in the apt with Charlie after he got back from the hospital is better than the entire goodfellas movie.

Donnie Brasco is better than them all. It doesn't sensationalize the mob like the other movies. Bronx Tale too.

agree Sunny Blacks crew was weak but Pacino was incredible in that movie. better than a very good Johnnie Depp.

I never got why Goodfellas was so good, i liked it and thought it was entertaining but overall i never got the love for it. the only part of the movie i like is when Tommy breaks the glass over Larry Baressee's head and then uses the Christianing joke.
