Although, I love beating them, obviously, I want them to do better for the sake of the league. Ponds and LoVett would have made a great back court, and with guys like Sima and Yakwe, the Johnnies were starting to get the pieces to turn it around. Now there are rumors that LoVett will not be back next year and the Johnnies fans are already talking about bringing in more JUCOs and 5th year players to fill the void.
Nothing is official at this point, but man oh man, I consider myself a very loyal fan, but at this point, if I were a St. John's fan I might throw in the towel. It is one thing after another with that program, Harrison having to sit out a year, Jordan going MIA, Obepka getting suspended, Obepka and Jordan not coming back, etc. and this is just in the last few years, it has been a mess there for a lot longer than that.
