A pretty spectacular meltdown. What an amateur. Great political theater in the SoP these days with her and Fattah and Wolf all eating sh*t sandwiches in wonderfully unique ways. Isn't Seth Williams going down soon too? Possibly others? Maybe more kids will come forward.
I don't think so. She isn't losing much considering she was a nobody a few years ago. She is going to have a short but wild ride. I think she knows that she is done but wants to stay in office long enough to damage her enemies. She is loaded from her ex-husband's trucking money. She'll probably do some minimal county time and go back to being the rich stay-at-home mother that she was a few years ago. She is too dumb for much else.
Most likely the 2 former Deputy AG's that were involved in the email exchanges, who are now in the Philly D.A.'s office, will lose their jobs. Seth Williams is being investigated for questionable spending of campaign funds. I'm sure Kathleen is hoping for their demise.

Her incompetence will likely cost the taxpayers money as a result of her targeting Claire Risoldi's family too. The case against Clair Risoldi appears legitimate but their office seemed to charge family and friends without any evidence that they were involved. It is going to look like a politically-motivated prosecution when the family members' cases are dismissed.
Even the side-show with her twin sister acting as a decoy for photographers illustrates how dumb and small time she is. What was that supposed to accomplish? It just made her look like a petty moron. And the bright red dress for the preliminary hearing was very contrived. That's the problem with dumb people who think they are smart - they look foolish for underestimating their audience.

Nope. She won't even resign, and suicide is a pretty big admission of guilt.
Dwyer did what he did, because at the time, if he died in office, even by his own hand, his heirs collected his pension (maybe other benefits, but I don't remember exactly). If he had been forced out of office, his family got bubkes.
