Coyer made first team; Leer made the second team;
Louin made the All Freshmen Team; Taylor Holeman
was the best 6th man.

Caroline Coyer led the team in ppg/game, minutes played,
assists, and steals. She was second in rebounds. Her sister
is also a very good player.

To those of you who don't think women hoops
or golf, you probably have never seen Caroline on the court or
Lexi Thompson on the course.

nova have a chance to win the tourney? first game is tonight at 9PM. they are in the non televised side of the bracket. the #1 seed side is on Fox sports all weekend.

Might want to re-read your schedule fella...
The tournament doesn't even start until Saturday and
our first game is on Sunday... 9:30 pm...
Fox Sports 2 is showing it and you can listen on All Access...

We took our kids to many games this season - my daughter started playing basketball - they are fun to watch. Hey play solid basketball. The coyer sisters are amazing.

I hope they put together a nice little run here. It is worth watching this weekend.

I went to nearly every home game. They are a fun team of talented players to watch. Go Cats.

Togo,

Her maiden name was Mary Fine, and she was born up near Scranton.
She was one of the few women at that time who could hook the ball. She was probably a 1 or
2 handicap. I carried her bag many times.

I knew she could play. I delivered her mail in Haverford. Nice lady.

I had season tickets and went to most home games,Ace went too. Plenty of players prents and families there as well including three prents from Virginia. In a foot boot now so missed our NIT games but Ace kept me updated on them all. It was a strange season two starters being injured from the start: Katherine Coyer and Emily Leer. We didn't have a home game until December either.
