There might need to be a minimum threshold for using the T word. Before we know it, the industrial military complex will have is using it to describe parking violations.
Last time we took military action to fight terrorism it got nothing accomplished other than creating new terrorist groups. Why would this time be different?
We need tougher knife laws. That will also give cows, pigs and chickens a better quality of life because they won't have to worry about having their throats cut. Go vegans!
Impossible to contain rogue citizens. Anyone can go on a rampage at any time and attempt to kill people if they are willing to accept the consequences. It's much "better" when someone attempts this with a knife rather than a gun because it's far less likely to result in mass causalities.

what constitutes a mass shooting? Tyrone killing Raheem and Malcolm in a drug dispute in North Philly? Is a circumstance like this counted as a mass shooting?
I see Drippens point. Honestly IsIS doesn't bother me. Or a mass shooting. The biggest threat to anyone's life in a big city is a minority with a weapon. Just a fact. Drippen would even agree the evidence bears this out.

No. They're not killing random people, it's almost always a personal matter.
I do agree with that. Crimes of violence account for more deaths than terrorists by a huge margin. I've said before that I don't believe in gun control beyond some simple background check/waiting time measures - the best way to prevent violence is to combat poverty.
All I'm saying is don't let your politics be molded by fear of such an unlikely threat.
No because that would indicate they were law abiding Americans who wanted to own a gun legally and responsibly. Nothing to fear.
