98%? I'm no big NFL fan but unless I happened to only catch those 2% of games I would say he was way less consistent than that.
Agree with ND for the most part. Liked him as a player. His playoff record is outstanding compared to many of his peers, but he has some high profile clunkers too. He falls into that category of athlete that never helped himself off the field when it came to his relationship with the fans. Could always be counted on saying a few head-scratching quotes at least twice per year.

Had a DARE officer back in high school show us how a breathalyzer worked by using chloraseptic. I'd imagine he was trying to claim he had just sprayed it in this throat, which would've registered on the breathalyzer without having consumed any alcohol.
This. Arizona is a terrible place for people with a penchant to drive sloppy. The city is incredibly spread out, everything very far apart. Yet the weather is always nice, especially once the sun is down and it's fun, lots of hot women, etc., so places to go. And from everything I heard while out there, cops take DUIs very seriously. Unless there was some procedural f--- up, McNabb will definitely be serving time here, would guess at least 30 of the 90 days, probably closer to the full 90.
