The Keg for a nice steak dinner in downtown, I think it's on Rue Saint Paul. Ask Marcel who is the Maitre D for his reco on places to go walking distance from there (wink wink). He recommended one that was pretty good but I don't remember the name of it.

Just had one up there recently. It was a complete shitshow. It was glorious.
Stay somewhere by St Catherine street - easy to walk to fun nightlife.

This one place in Montreal where borderline slaves from Eastern Europe give OTPHJs is so much cooler than this other place where borderline slaves from Eastern Europe give OTPHJs.

One weird thing about Montreal is that there is no alcohol allowed on the casino floor. Not sure if this is still the case, but it was when I went years ago

Yes. I had fun once at a Phillies/Expos doubleheader in 2000. I caught a BP home run ball, sat in great seats that I didn't pay for and Jose Mesa almost pull off the hidden ball trick. I almost had the beginnings of smile.

Sorry Nardi, I don't have a name. A few members of the last BP I was on up there hit one up and seemed pleased though. They aren't hard tofind. I would imagine they are probably even raed on Yelp.
If you are looking for a place to day drink outside there didn't seem to be many options. Winston Churchill Pub on Crescent St has a small deck overlooking the street and Stogies Cigar bar on the corner of the same street did as well. Just a thought if you don't want to be in a dark room all day.
Been doing Super Sex since the mid 80's. Likely places much better but its an old reliable. Always enjoyed saloons on Rue St Denis but Montreal has taken a decidedly seedy turn over last decade, especially nearer to St Catherine
