I sincerely hope we do not adopt a policy like we did in Mouph's first year in that we went from an up-tempo team to a grind it out team. It troubles me somewhat that Jay can't dictate temple more than what we were doing. Either that is the case or we're making a decision like we did in Mouph's first year to play slow it down style. I realize our roster numbers are limited right now but with the team we have and are size we have to play games in the high 70s to 80s to be Successful and it definitely needs to be much more up-tempo rather than a grind it out style . I thought Jay's decision to switch tempo' resulted in the St. Mary's loss and the crash of that season and I'm hoping we don't make the same mistake twice
