Need Help with Ticket exchange

With Game moved to Sun , my niece is able to go. I can't seem to engage the transfer program for Prov. Perhaps they did Not change the transfer open period to Sun (can only transfer up to 3 or 4 hrs ahead of tip)?

Can anyone else use it?
