Watching some early season games and seeing Creighton's Maurice Watson (who isn't the best decision-maker yet) and Monmouth's Justin Robinson be quite effective as small, quick guards I am wondering if Chris Lykes could be a good option for 'Nova to add to the backcourt mix in 2017.
The Cats could conceivably add a ball-handler before that class if someone emerges but with the new rules and the 30 second shot clock and the projected 'Nova roster being quite taller/longer than normal but perhaps needing a dose of quickness ... maybe a little jet who can be a pesky on-the-ball defender and help set an up-tempo pace would be a nice option to have on the roster.
Lykes is only about 5'6", 150 but he has quickness, motor, smarts and some scoring ability.
