I have my first fantasy draft tonight, what is a good website to find a cheat sheet that I can print that ranks the best players by position? Free services only!

Also, is Peterson going back to his old self this year? Is he worth the risk of a #1 pick?

Who are the Top 10 Running Backs?

Give me some love boys!

August 25th for the 1st fantasy football draft thread is a new record for BW. Usually they pop up no later than August 1st.

Check out tubgirl.com for some decent ideas.

This board is useless.

If I were ranking Top 10 backs as of right now:

1. Le'Veon Bell
2. Peterson
3. Lacy
4. Charles
5. Forte
6. Lynch
7. Murray
8. Jeremy Hill
9. Melvin Gordon
10. LeSean McCoy

I am curious as to how one would make an argument against AP at 1. If I am picking 1 I am still taking Bell despite the 2 game suspension. I think there is a clear drop off after Charles. Forte's workload should catch up with him this year and Trestman was great for his PPR value the last 2 years.

Recent injuries to Nelson and Benjamin make me anxious to grab an elite receiver as I feel there is a significant drop after the top 7 or 8.

Don't draft a QB in the first 5-6 rounds - not worth it. Lots of depth at QB this year.

Melvin Gordon? wat

That was my one sleeper top 10 player - a lot of outlets have him ranked in the 12-15 range. I personally like his skillset and think he can have a good year. Like his upside compared to guys like Forsett, Lamar Miller, Alfred Morris, etc.

I took Gordon in a non-PPR league in the 2nd. I too think he has a high ceiling. If you're in a PPR league you'll be better off skipping Gordon and drafting Woodhead much later.

Gordon has looked awful this preseason and cannot pass protect

he may be good but I wouldnt rank him in the top 10

I would rather put my head in a wood chipper than talk about fantasy football.
It's the douche-bro equivalent of old-ladies talking penny slots strategy.
More exciting discussion topic---fantasy football or marginal Reading Phillies prospects?

The Snow/Lawn Mexicans think that fantasy football is as dumb as anyone that shovels their own snow or cuts there own grass.....:( ole'

I Hinkie'd it last season after AP was my top pick and ended up having a terrible season and traded players for draft picks. I have #1, #3, #10, #18, and #19 in my draft and then don't pick again until the 7th. Do I got AP # 1? I am hoping to end up with AP, then either Charles/Bell/Lacy, and DeMarco Murray #10. With that combination of RBs I should at least be guaranteed to make the playoffs.

if you don't take a WR with one of those three top 10 picks, you are a dummy
I would consider it at 10 - but I expect Bryant, Jones, and Brown at least to be gone. Maybe Thomas, OBJ, or Calvin? But I was thinking I could get more value out of a RB at 10 and then grab a WR or 2 at 18/19. Maybe I go Antonio Brown # 3 and then still get Murray # 10?

if I had the #1 and #3 picks, I would take Antonio Brown with one of them and then probably Peterson with the other. if Bell/Brown weren't on the same team, I'd pick them at 1 and 3 but I dont like having 2 guys from 1 team that early.
