Hate to do this right as we're finally getting to some real basketball talk, but this board has been such a great source for travel tips in the past....Taking my wife to Paris for a week in January for her 40th birthday. Looking for advice on the best part of town to stay in. Done some research on the different Arrondisements and seeing anywhere from the 3rd, 4th, 6th & 8th as the most popular to stay in, based on what we're looking for. I'm looking for somewhere fairly central, safe, with a good vibe, lots of restaurants/shops/cafes, etc...
