Any ideas / predictions as to who will start in the first game?

Sweeney, Pearson, Suhey, Carey, Kimmel?

Swiezynski, Sweeney, Pearson, Carey, Kimmel?

Scanlon, Sweeney, Suhey, Roberts, Leer?

I think it will be...

Carey, Scanlon, Pearson, Swiezynski, Kimmel

They had a scrimmage against Quinnipiac. Roberts and Kane did not play. Not sure extent of injuries. I would expect Roberts to start over Carey. Pearson and Amanda most likely. The rest is a shooting match. Can't forget Scanlon.

Other than the fact that Harry loves to redshirt why is Hogan being redshirted?

Sorry. Who is Hogan? Leer and Burford are the two frosh.

It was my mistake; I meant to say Kane. I see she is listed as a redshirt freshman. I think she was injured in high school, but from people in the area with no connection to our program said she was outstanding ball handler and playmaker prior to her injury. Leer's high school coach from last year said she could play any position on the floor from 1 to 5.

Correct. Injured in HS . Should get playing time this year. Leer can play most positions. I don't think a 1, except with us where we don't play a true 1. I will see what happens today.
