Dad jeans sales have already spiked in anticipation. Shelves are empty at the GAP for miles around.
I'm going Sunday - I got some crappy tickets behind the stage when tickets were released. Looking to upgrade/get tickets for Wednesday's show, but they are ridiculously expensive.
How was the MSG show? I've seen Springsteen a few times and have had a good time at his shows but I wouldn't consider myself a huge fan. Been listening to this album lately since I never spent much time with it before. "Drive All Night" is an incredible song, my favorite on the album.
It was real good. I believe novabubba was the as well. Set list for the Prudential Center seemed better (end after the river). As there are some slow songs in The River Album, people were actually sitting down, which I have never seen at a Springsteen show.
Seems like this geezer tours every single year. What's the deal with this guy? He is on tour more than Justin Bieber.
Correct i was there at MSG. it was good, not the best Bruce concert I've been to. Lots of slower songs made for good beer runs without missing the jams.
random observation - overall it wasn't as loud in terms of music volume as previous Bruce concerts. it's like the amps were all on 7.
