Too funny! I believe they subsequently adopted the Boston College Eagles football team about 10 years ago. Brother Jesuits and a much shorter distance to travel. However, I believe that didn't last long. They apparently like their Birds on City Avenue, so who knows maybe their next adoption will be the Temple Owls footballers. Two birds that Will Never Die, The Hawks and Temple's dreams of being a Big Time Football Program!
