Andy spoke at press conference yesterday and made news in reporting all purpose WR-RB Gary Underwood would return this week against Delaware. IMO If Gary can recapture his form from first half of UCONN game, the offense has a good chance of returning to last season's level. Coach also said staff was excited about RB Devon White's play and the 143 yds he gained last week. See VU Football press release..

We certainly have weapons, just need to utilize them correctly. I would like to see Gulyas get more looks as well. That kid can play.
At his radio show on Tuesday night coach T briefly mentioned Underwood would play.
Did not dwell on it.
His guest player was Javon White. Coach was bubbling over with praise for JW.
Young man spoke very well. Economics major. Senior academically, junior for athletics. Cats red shirted him last season. Kid is lighting quick to the hole, and then really turns on the burners. Hope he gets enough carries Saturday.
Any word if Underwood is at 100% and coach is going to let him really play or are they planning on easing him back in? I will be at the game tomorrow, decided to watch the Fordham game online, wasn't brave enough to venture out in that rain, but looks like we got a great day tomorrow.
