Thought they were extremely opportunistic the other night, and absolutely clutch when it mattered....sometimes its not about how many yards you give up, but the plays that you make when your backs are against the well. Pretty gutsy...

**Special Teams were awesome, and the Offense got it done late - ridiculous throw/catch on the final TD - QB really stuck it in there.

It was one of the most enjoyable game I've been to, at any level, in awhile...

Hard to pick that game over beating the oh so Blue Hens, however, I agree, most entertaining and competitive game this year. Beating the 8th ranked FCS team is special. Our frosh QB, on a 4th and game, gunned that pass in there and Gulyas as usual made the catch. Our walk on kicker had to have his heart in his throat as the crowd is very quiet, for good reason, and he nails the winning kick. Defense finishes up the last 35 seconds. Terrific win. Hope we can finish on a winning note on Saturday. Regardless, this team has overcome a lot and has secured a winning season.

A great effort Saturday against Richmond. McCurry CAA Def PoW. IMO Gulyas should have been CAA Off PoW.

Defense did what it had to do. And what's lost is that those starters -- Cherry, Calitro, McCurry, McCann, Ceneus, etc. are also the guys playing on all ST and making those plays.

Looking ahead ... This year, the Nova Defense is holding teams 10 points below that team's average for the season. In five games, the opponents scored less against the Nova Defense than they did against any other team. Hard to tell with a new QB at JMU but holding them under 27 at home would be a good performance (and roughly fit those stat lines) ... but it may take more than that given the injuries on Offense.

How many in the senior class thought they would end their careers in the Big East?

OK JMU is scoring 31 a game without super transfer QB. Cats hold them to 21 or even 24 we win.
