Tommy Hanson Remembered

29 yrs old. Catostrophic organ failure. Aka kidneys and/or liver likely gave out from consistent binge drinking or drug abuse. But I'm just spitballing tho, no idea what really killed him but organs dont normally collapse on you in your 20's for no reason if you dont have cancer or a friggin aneurysm. Apparently the guy had a mental breakdown a few yrs back when his younger brother died - perhaps he turned to heavy booze to ease the pain. Sucks for the parents of these guys.

Another pet peeve of mine...people (mainly celebrities) who don't know how to appropriately express their condolences on Twitter when someone tragically dies. They use exclamation points and it makes it seem like they're giddy and excited that the person died.

I haven't seen him referred to as a "star" yet. It probably will happen. It's like when some guy who was on 3 episodes of Prison Break died in a car accident, and they called him a "star". I guess not enough people watched that show to know the difference.

Darren Daulton - not sure if it was related to steroids but it would not shock me. As far as I know he has recovered but the cancer is not in remission.

Not sure where this "steroids cause brain cancer" stuff came from. Certainly not by any kind of research. I think because Lyle Alzado got brain cancer, everyone just assumed it was caused by steroid use.
