In a surprise move,Xavier Simpson,from Ohio,just committed to UM.Surprise because as late as last week,UM was not in his final 4 schools...This paves the way for Cassius Winston of Detroit to go to MSU.
Basically,I think Belein read the tea leaves and somehow got Simpson to take an unofficial visit to UM and it blew the kid away....look for Winston,best player to come out of Detroit Catholic league in years,to commit to MSU......I guess sometimes a coach can pull a rabbit out of a hat at the 11th hour.
