No, US system is the best. Strong patent and IP protections to recoup investment followed by generics entering the market. The way the system should work. Teva is launching a generic version of Viagra that should hit the market by Jan. 2018. Until then, you'll have to spend $40 to get it up. $120 should get you through the year.
