Some less-than-ideal news Friday as Jay Wright said that Brandon Slater (ankle) and Justin Moore (hamstring) are questionable for Saturday's game against DePaul and will be game-time decisions.
It sounds like Caleb Daniels will be back after missing two games with COVID.
Since 2014, we—the students and professors of the Know Rivalry Project—have beenstudying sports rivalries in North America. Now we are expanding our research to the FCS and College Hoops and could use your help. Please help us ensure that Villanova Wildcats are included by taking 10 minutes to complete our updated survey:
Our previous results in the US have been included in sports media outlets, as well as the Wall Street Journal and New York Times. You can view those results, links to media coverage, and learn more about us at https://knowrivalry.com/
We use the Qualtrics online survey software for data collection. This academic research has been approved by two US universities' Institutional Review Boards (IRB) and it poses no risks to respondents. You'll find more information on the disclosure agreement that is required to start the survey. Thank you for helping us to include the Villanova Wildcats by participating and please share this with any other fans that may also help.

Caleb Daniels will miss Wednesday's game against Creighton after missing Saturday's win over Seton Hall following a positive COVID test. The program is being cautious with Daniels after he suffered complications following a previous COVID infection, but Jay Wright said there's "a chance" Daniels could play Saturday against DePaul.
Some work on the 2023 class on Wednesday night as the Wildcats got an offer out to SF DeShawn Harris-Smith, per Harris-Smith's Twitter page.
Harris-Smith is a four-star 6-5 SF who is currently ranked No. 69 in the class. He attends Paul VI in Virginia. Other schools to show interest so far are Maryland, Penn State, LSU, VCU, St. Joe's and Georgetown.
