Nova finished 4th behind ND, Wisc., and ARK. The first two had auto qualifiers under 9:31. Ark ran 9:31.48 and Nova 9:31.52. They will probably qualify for nationals.

Nova pretty much disappeared from the race after the first leg. They reappeared on the anchor leg.

Women did not finish at Columbia -- 10 seconds behind after the opening leg.

According to Bryan Murphy and Sam McEntee's twitter accounts, they're going to Idaho. Murphy ran a 47.9 leg, so something needs to be done about that first leg.

I don't know what the training has been for Mildenhall or what the future training plan is, but he ran 3:42.76 last year for 1500, which is about a 4:00 mile. He also ran 1:52 in high school for 800. He might have been an option for the 1200, but as I said, I don't know the training plan.
