Bagnoli, resigned after 23 successful years at Penn, an was just hired at Columbia. Story is Peter Pilling new AD at Columbia and a former Assoc. AD at Nova in late 90's, called Andy to run some names by Andy. At end of conversation Andy said you know who may be interested in the job, Al Bagnoli. The rest, as they say, is history.
