Any of youz guys ever go to one?

Good experience? Bad?

I currently have my annual bad back. Usually goes away in less than a week. It's been two weeks now and getting worse.

Lower back region. More so on the left side.

Never wanted to go to one in the past, but my normal routine isn't working.

Have you ever had your kidney function checked?

I hurt my back a few times in my life and I swear by chiropractors. fixed me up every time. Once something gets out of place the nerve endings get inflamed and can lead to intense pain. when i went whatever was out was put back in place and i felt relief immediately. if the chiropractor just starts cracking every part of your back and neck dont go back. if he/she feels around, and just puts that area back in place they know what they are doing.

go every other week. big proponent of the chiropractors. totally help me with workout recovery and general upkeep.

I did something to my back a few weeks ago lifting and went 3x the following week, fixed now and better than ever.

I have no personal experience, but I all of the people that I know who use chiropractors swear by them. I think it's part junk-science, but whatever gives people relief from pain or discomfort is fine by me.

I use them when I need them. I'm a big fan. Especially because I don't need to use pain meds or muscle relaxants. They are wonderful for things like spasms or tightness. They help get me back in alignment and balanced, so that you don't have one side "pulling" across the other.

IMO they only provide temporary relief in most cases. Frequently there is an associated muscle issue where exercise and stretching are the long term solution. My chiropractor was very helpful with my knee issue but he insisted on working on my neck every visit. He would get frustrated as there was nothing to crack.

Thanks for the feedback ladies.

Exercise and stretching an important part of my daily routine.

Only chiropractor in my town gone for the holidays so I'll wait until next week; although feeling better today than last couple days.
