Yes he did, but that just means they were all back in the pack. However, his future looks bright and so does the team's. Lampron ran very well and will join them next year,Denault had a good year, Mildenhall did run 3:42 last year, and should have eligiblity next year. Fiztsimmons ran well at the end of the year and did run 4:07 in high school.

Haven't seen anything about Williamsz, but he does seem close to the Villanova kids judging by twitter.
The future is indeed encouraging. Not only is almost all of the male talent returning, but the recruits, especially Warnick and Lampron look to be studs.
