My neighbor told me that he played for the Eagles the past two seasons and I have no reason to doubt that what he told me is true.

Haha that is a great story. How many other NFL players do you think could go out there and dominate a soft ball league like this. Have you seen when some of them go to MLB games and take BP? It's terrible. All these guys are exceptional athletes, but a lot of them are terrible at other sports.

Also, I wish Thurmond didn't retire, he played very well last season.

Not sure I agree. Look again. Ball is coming off the bat. I see good extension and hip rotation is where you would expect in softball for a RH hitter. Now this could be a foul ball which would support your point, or it could be the camera angle.
