Too many offensive skill positions in the top ten. Justin Houston, Luke Kuechly, and Joe Thomas all belong in the top ten. Also, while I give the players credit for voting him in, Marshal Yanda should be way higher than 79.
Actually the top 6 or 8 should probably all be QB. QB league. You cannot win without a high quality QB and every other position can be filled in -- even if you don't have JJ Watt or DeMarco Murray or Calvin Johnson or whatever great non-QB, you can just swap in reasonably good substitutes and still easily win, if you have the QB position down.
Peyton Manning is a massive question mark heading into this year with the way he finished last yr. He had a shoulder issue. Is it healed? Will it ever be the same? He was playing Duck Hunt the last 1/4 of the season.
The list looks like it was comprised by a bunch of fantasy league bois. It is possible for players who don't throw, catch, or run for TDs to be some of the best in the league.
Cameron Wake jumped up a lot too, after a season that wasn't his best.
@TFE -- probably 20+ teams would take Flacco or Kaep over their current QB. Especially Flacco. And Kaep was one of the best QBs that season. League has adjusted to the type of QB that he is a bit, so his stock is down. But he was gr8 that season.
Kaep's problem last yr wasn't the league adjusted so much as he was playing behind an absolutely atrocious offensive line. Their pass blocking was horrific. He had about 1.5 seconds back there before he had to abort. It got in his head.
