Question for Guys Who Follow Recruiting

My 16-year old has played AAU hoops since he was 7 years old. About 6 or 7 years ago I made a note of a 9 or 10 year old player who was so head and shoulders better than everyone else. I was curious if he is on any recruiting radar these days. He was from Newark, assume he still is. His name is R.J. Cole.
