the pregame 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the visiting team tent. $30 bucks gets you the standard tailgate fair - hot dogs hamburgers potato salad, cookies wine and beer and the opportunity to start the victory party early. Contact Kathy Welsh 610-519-8056 at the university. BTW game tickets are $15 contact VU ticket office at 610-519-4100 and sit in the large Villanova section.
Sorry

Hey Ed:

What is Kathy Walsh's number. You left off the last digit.

ED - Look forward to another fun year of Villanova Football. See you at UConn.

This will be my first year following villanova football i am excited about the season..why is there so many people who are trolling about villanova football who seem to be apart of the villanova family?

UConn barely beat Stony Brook last year, remember that. We should win this game. I just hope our kids don't get overconfident and shoot themselves in the foot. I won't be there but I'll be watching with my father at home. Syracuse was heartbreaking last year, just a hell of an effort, but it was heartbreaking. I don't think that happens again this year. Looking forward to it!

How the hell you can get overconfident when you have not beaten a 1A team in 6 years ( 2009 Temple) is beyond me.

I would not say VU is favored in this game on the road. A toss up is about right

With all due respect to you 03, a great Nova guy along with your dad, overconfident is not a word we can use to describe an FCS team playing any FBS team. Cats are a very , very good FCS team. UConn is a not so good FBS team. But they have the numbers, larger coaching staff, are playing at home, etc. IMHO game is a toss up, but our guys will win.
My understanding is Villanova will have a large group of fans present .But they will be scattered through the stadium. Only those who bought tickets at Nova will be seated together. In the end zone I have been told.

You should worry more about your misuse of prepositions than about why there is disloyalty towards the football program.

Thanks UE! My point was I just hope these boys bring it and play the way they are a capable of. I myself am overconfident about this game. As of right now I would be surprised if Villanova loses. I don't want to jinx anything but I watch a lot of Villanova football and I have a lot of faith in this team, I just don't want to see them lose to another FBS team that they can beat. That Syracuse game is not something they have a chance to do every year and they should have won that game. I don't want to see them have to go through that again.
