Let's get caught up with the Nova tidbits form over the weekend.

Starting with the UAA Finals, Nova target Elijah Weaver had a stellar game on Friday after scuffling a bit through his team's first few games. Weaver led his team in scoring with 24 points on 9-17 shooting, 1-4 from three, and 5-6 from the line. He added two rebounds and two assists in leading Team Breakdown to a 72-59 victory. It was Weaver's best performance of the tournament.

Meanwhile in NBA Summer League action, Arch carried the torch for Nova players on Friday with a standout game. He scored 16 points on 6-9 shooting and 3-4 from three, adding in eight rebounds, seven assists, and two steals.

It was a quiet night for the trio of former Wildcats playing for the Wizards. Daniel Ochefu had just two points, five rebounds, and one assist in 15 minutes of action. Kris Jenkins managed one assist and one rebound in nine minutes. And Maalik Wayns notched an assist in just three minutes of play.

James Bell struggled for the Clippers, scoring three points on 1-7 shooting and 0-4 from three. He added four rebounds and two steals. It was also announced that Bell will be joining a Turkish team for the upcoming season after playing in Israel last season.

Josh Hart continues to rest a turned ankle and did not play for the Lakers.
